  3. I’m wondering which Norwegian dishes have been eaten by that percentage of people in places like Indonesia, India or the Philippines.

    Smoked salmon might be one thing that’s widely eaten around the world and marketed as being Norwegian.

  4. What passes for “Chinese food” in Norway is just a very poor approximation of the real thing.

    We gave them our Salmon to use in Sushi!
