I'm helping a friend in the Romandie update their website and I noticed that the site doesn't include an Impressum, and from recent work I thought that it was required if one was operating a business in a German-speaking country.
Does anyone know if this is also required in the Romandie, or does it fall under Terms & Conditions?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes, it is required. It‘s a national law
Ici, une explication de tes obligations :

La loi (suisse) exige que les mentions légales contiennent des informations claires et complètes sur l’identité et l’adresse de contact, y compris l’adresse e-mail.
Exemple :
`Exemple SARL`
`1 rue Exemple`
`8009 Ville exemple`
`E-mail:` [`info@exemplesarl.ch`](mailto:info@exemplesarl.ch)
It’s only required if you “offer goods, works or services online”. The German legal text also explicitly refers to it applying only to business transactions: “Waren, Werke oder Leistungen im elektronischen **Geschäftsverkehr** anbietet”.
So for just a private or club homepage or potentially also a free forum without any commercial interest, an “Impressum” is legally not required.
