Mary Trump (Image: Getty Images)Donald Trump’s niece, Mary Trump, has openly declared the President “unfit to serve” amid growing speculation about his physical and mental well-being.
The 79-year-old was seen with what appeared to be concealer on his hand this Tuesday, sparking fresh concerns over his health. This incident follows earlier rumors about bruises on Trump’s hands, first spotted in the spring of 2024, and comes after a doctor addressed what was termed a ‘significant’ health issue for Trump.
The conspicuous green bruise, turning purple, on his hand also drew attention during his earlier meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt suggested that the bruising is a result of the Republican engaging in frequent handshakes.

She stated: “President Trump is a man of the people, and he meets more Americans and shakes their hands on a daily basis than any other president in history. His commitment is unwavering and he proves that every single day.”

However, Mary has voiced her disagreement with Karoline’s explanation, while also speculating about why Trump seemed to cover up his bruise with makeup, reports the Irish Star.
On her YouTube channel, the 60-year-old psychologist and author highlighted multiple instances when Trump appeared with visible bruising, dating back to 2020 during his initial presidency.
Though she acknowledged uncertainty about what might have triggered such marking, she noted her own experience with IV placements on the back of her hand, which can be both painful and result in bruising and inflammation.
In a video titled “Trump STRUGGLES TO FUNCTION as ROT Sets in”, she confessed” “A lot of people are concerned about this bruise. It may lead to some deeper health issue. And the people of the United States of America have every right to know what the status of the president’s health is, be it physical or psychological.”
Trump’s hand bruise has been seen on a number of occasions During her most recent show episode, Mary also referenced previous publications focusing on Joe Biden’s wellbeing – suggesting that if Biden displayed similar bruising, there would be greater demands on the White House for transparency.
Mary stated her uncle has been “on a mental spiral, a downhill one, for quite some time now” which, according to her, “seems to be accelerating” in recent weeks and days. She further alleged Trump “could not keep up” with his Pennsylvania news conference “physically or mentally” this week – claiming he was “fighting to stay awake at the table right in front of the press.”
She remarked sarcastically: “Where is Sleepy Joe when you need him? I blame him entirely for this. Now, if you thought that looks bad, like that is really not the strength and exuberance and energy you want to see from the leader of our country. Donald sounded even worse. He made a plethora of nonsensical comments throughout this press conference.”
She continued her critique, saying: “Some of these were so garbled that I couldn’t even tell what he was trying to see.”

“He complains that the Biden administration used an autopen, that Biden didn’t know what he was doing, and had absolutely no input into who got granted clemencies at the end of his term,” she elaborated. “Biden is pushing back against those fictions. In a blunt interview with the New York Times, he called Donald out and insisted that he, Joe Biden, personally approved every single pardon and commutation using an autopen for efficiency.”
She went on to express her indifference: “Okay, cool. That’s great. But who cares? I don’t care anymore. I don’t care if Joe Biden knew what he was doing. I don’t care if Joe Biden used an autopen. I don’t care if Joe Biden never actually signed his name to anything, because in what universe does that help us understand how bad things are right now and how in the hell does that help us get out of the mess that is being created by Donald Trump and the Trump regime on a daily basis?”

And I am telling you, it is not because he shakes too many people’s hands.
“Between Donald’s failing health and his absolute lack of morals, the Trump regime continues to hide a simple fact, just a different version of this fact: Donald is and always has been and will continue to be unfit to serve whether because he is mentally incompetent, physically ailing, cognitively impaired, or just because he’s a straight-up Nazi.”
