Tomorrow is Saturday so yes.
Actually you can stay until Monday 8:00.
For the next 15 minutes you need a parking disc.
No, without the disc you can only start parking from today at 6 PM. After this, there’s no limit. I hadn’t noticed it’s almost 6 PM, so you could take your chances and do it.
