Went back with photos and receipt. Staff handled it very well. But fair to say it ruined my Nacho night after I had already eaten a few. Have it frozen now and waiting for FSAI response.

  33. Tesco Peanut Maggots OP here.

    Environmental Health Officer took away the specimen from me, I signed the paper when handing it over.

    My suggestion to OP of this post is, put those gherkins in a ziplock bag, and jar into a separate ziplock bag and freeze everything to slow down the microbial decay.
