Hi everybody,
I have been living in Germany for almost 4 years now and I noticed that for my last month's JaMobil! recharge payment in Payment description there's a strange auto-generated text "pleasehelp" which I found absolutely strange! There has never been this text on my other payments (3+ years every month). I got my money in the JaMobil account so I know it was a legit payment.

Has anyone else seen this? Any idea?

  4. If someone’s actually asking for help. There are plenty of other ways than adding “please help” to the payment description. If I were you, I would reach out to them to know how it got there. Just out of curiosity.

  6. Why is everyone advising to call them and ask? If you are in need of help, would you think it’d be helpful if the one you asked for help is calling your reason for the help text?
