11 and 12 years old? The parents need to be in the dock with them. They're the ones responsible for raising the feral scrotes.

  3. This is part of a bigger picture:

    Poverty > Poor and Neglected neighbourhoods/towns > Lack of Jobs > rise of Drugs and Alcohol abuse > Parents become unable to raise children financially, neglect children > Children grow up without proper love, motivation and care. Affects their personality and effort at school > Anti-Social behaviour.

    Pardon me if I got things incorrect or over/undersimplified things

  5. There are no excuses for this feral behaviour. I was brought up in the Gorbals 60 years ago. THERE, was Poverty & deprivation. But I would NEVER have behaved this way.
