1. Antonina Luszczykiewicz-Mendis is a researcher paid by the Republic of China (Taiwan) under the DPP government, known for its confrontative and provocative stance on cross-straits relations.

   “Tibetan Review” is founded by Lodi Gyari, a US citizen, lobbied for the 2002 Tibetan Act that tries to separate Xizang from China. He is also chairman of “Save Tibet”, a US government-backed NGO that promotes the same goal.
