1. Azerbaijan’s Aliyev addressed the Ukrainian people in a speech organized by Euronews & covered by Western journalists.

   > “Azerbaijan unequivocally supports Ukraine’s territorial integrity, sovereignty, and internationally recognized borders. This stance is unwavering. My message to the Ukrainian people: never surrender, never trade peace for the loss of your land, never accept occupation”.

   During his speech, Aliyev announced that Azerbaijan has declined to attend a CIS meeting in Moscow amidst the rising tensions with Russia.

   In the aftermath, Aliyev accepted Ukrainian army brigade patches from Ukrainian journalists attending and was recorded telling them: “Keep the course. You’re doing great”.

   Finally, Aliyev announced that Azerbaijan will file international lawsuits against Russia over the shooting of an Azerbaijan passenger plane that killed 38 Azeri nationals.

2. Aliyev should be wary to wake up and incur the wrath of the Russian bear; though weakened, she is still more than a match for Azerbaijan. In the Caucaus region, it is still dangerous to try to side with us.

   Just ask Pashinyan.
