Russia just sent a couple of hypersonic missiles, KH cruise missiles and a bunch of Geran 2 drones at ivano frantisk railways, industrial zones and ones from other regions too which included massive warehouse and manufacturing plants.
No peep about this from mainstream media. Even if they do it’s mostly about the damage to residential areas while completely ignoring or conveniently leaving out the massive military losses they are taking.
Now, again they are reporting on flights being delayed and BBC in particular was celebrating a drone attack that destroyed a civilian car 40KM away from the main city in Moscow oblast
These attacks aren’t providing any strategic advantage for Ukraine. It just pisses off the Russians and pushes them towards more extreme rhetoric towards Ukraine which helps Putin as they are aligning with his vision
There is a massive reporting disconnect here. And I’m not sure what’s the reason for it. I’d argue accurate reporting would benefit Ukraine army in the long run because with this type of reporting people and many politicians have the impression that Ukraine is outright winning the war which can’t be further from the truth.
