Oh chugger chugger. I’ve seen these boys multiple times over the years across London Bridge area. RAF Odiham isn’t far if you are in a chopper and unless it’s real drama my guess is they are training or mooning a mate in the shard.
It was a very impressive hover over London Bridge – literally hanging there, completely still, for a few minutes.
The RAF Regularly fly low level training down the river.
These guys may have been asked to hold whilst traffic ahead clears at LCY.
They realised they build the Shard on the wrong side of the river and these guys are here to move it

There was a relatively low-flying plane in the clouds, just in front of their path, so perhaps they were waiting for it to pass.
