My heater unfortunately started heating today and I think I understand why now but still want to confirm. I tried finding the same one I have online but could only find similar ones. My controller doesn't have 0 or off or snowflake settings. How do I stop it from heating?

  1. Clockwise is less and anti-clockwise it more temperature, you seem to have turned anti-clockwise as far as possible.

  2. These thermostats that aren’t directly connected to a radiator, are weird. I would be interested in the answer as well. Mine didn’t heat in the summer so far, but in the spring it sometimes opens when it’s some 15°C inside despite the thermostat being on 1 (which, depending on the manufacturer, should be 6-10 °C).

  3. Looks like it is turned all the way up so it is not surprising that it is working. Turn the knob to the right, and if that doesn’t stop it the thermostat is probably broken.
