Need help with certificate of good conduct

This question was asked in online application for certificate of good conduct. i am from india living in germany as a student , i need this certificate to show to my employer. the question asks whats your nationality besides german. i am not even german to begin with how does this question applies to me. should i left it to nein and move forward?
