I just moved a few months ago and I have been paying manually the heat and electric bills. From what I have heard this is the recalculation for the period that I have been in. I am still not sure if it says I owe them 300 euros or they owe me or what exactly is that I recived?🤔

    now they change your monthly payments and decrease them to 200€ a month.
