  1. Gonna piggy back this, do NOT think that now it’s over the threshold you don’t need to sign it. We need to throttle that number as high as we can get it.

The more we push back via petitions, contacting MPs etc the quicker we can get this bs repealed or at least amended to delete the age ID bull.

  2. Yeh can take our lives, but yeh cannae take our spank-bank!

  3. What makes me laugh is the gov deffo have all our personal info already

  4. In the meantime, coming from someone who spent several years looking for increasingly kinky shit to try and be aroused (before realising I was ace) deviantart can actually be a really good way to access erotic art/stories, as long as you are specific with your search terms.

  5. Imagine if people were just a bit proactive… its been in law for 2 years and been discussed/worked through parliament for 4 years.

  6. I WILL NOT SHOW MY FACE TO WATCH PORN, also I was just unable to block some prick because I can’t access his NSFW profile, what the actual fuck this law is literally making my life worse not better.

  7. Lots of people who weren’t aware of this had their Friday night ham shank interrupted, and they weren’t happy about it!

  8. probably because its dumb as fuck, its to “protect kids” … kids are smart enough these days to use a VPN or use some dodgy website that doesnt give a shit, which mean its most likely going to be far worse stuff they are viewing, the boomers who come up with this shit still thinks tech is in the 2000s and kids dont know how to use tech properly, its a waste of time and effort.

  9. Time to go back to basics and watch eurotrash babe station and sexcetera

  10. This reminds me of the Ajit Pie stuff and Net Neutrality.

  11. Wow, it’s like a act that does no real protection for kids and just makes our lives and personal information easier to access was stupid. It’s like we should have used the time used for this on actually making sure parents know how to parent their kids on using the Internet safely…

  12. “after careful consideration, we decided to not do anything about it. Go fuck yourselves :)” -the house of fuckboys

  13. I don’t even look at porn, I’m just worried about LGBT resources being bundled up behind the age filter

  14. Honestly I have no idea how they thought this would go down well.

People are already on edge about internet privacy, they definitely do not want to attach their name and address to their NSFW habits for Keir to view.

Most of all- it’s not going to prevent anything. A horny teenage boy will FIND A WAY. That’s an unstoppable force.

*“THINK OF THE CHILDREN”*. Well how about you teach them positive, accurate and helpful information about sexual wellbeing in school before they get the chance to get warped ideas.

  15. Im actually worried there’s going to be more sexual assault because of this new law

  16. Britain again… ‘Ones life should be dedicated to work and service’…’No more wanking’…
    F**k sake.

VPN providers will be cashing in. I’ve started using one. And i bet you something else, all of the Christain, fundamentalist fruit loops will be clapping their hands.

  17. Being outside the UK is **better** than being in the UK.

In other words, use a VPN.

  18. Online Safety Bill: Stops an incredible amount of traffic at specific times.

Just Stop Oil: Stops literal traffic

  19. Signed. If it goes up faster, someone will absolutely clamber aggressively towards the political opportunity. Probably Reform, but maybe someone smarter as well, hopefully.

  20. I wouldn’t recommend downloading opera browser, I wouldn’t install it, and I wouldn’t turn on the built in vpn. Because that would circumvent the UKs new laws, and that would be ill eagle.
