South Czech Republic Little League from Brno, Czechia, is returning to the Little League Baseball® World Series, Presented by T-Mobile, following a dominant 7-0 performance in the Europe and Africa Region Tournament. After outscoring their opponents in runs 42 to 3, South Czech Republic LL’s run through the tournament was capped by a championship win over Madrid (Spain) Little League, 3-2, punching their ticket for their third consecutive trip to Williamsport.
South Czech Republica LL will also be represented in Livermore, California, in the Intermediate 50/70 Baseball Series, facing off against Canada in Game 3 of the series on Sunday, July 27 at 6 p.m. (EST) on ESPN+.
The first-round matchups for the 2025 LLBWS were announced on June 11 during National Little League Week. South Czech Republic LL will square off against the Japan Region’s Joto Little League on Thursday, August 14, at 1 p.m. at Volunteer Stadium.
