A Russian military aircraft flew in and out of North Korea’s capital early Sunday after stopping by Siberia en route from Moscow, in its second-known trip to the DPRK since December.
The An-148 (RA-61735) arrived in Pyongyang at around 5 a.m. KST from Vladivostok, Flightradar24 records show, remaining on the ground for about 2.5 hours before returning to the Far East city.
