A lovely little surprise. Made me smile and appreciate the community I live in .

  1. I love this, I truly do, but a very deep primal British part of me is immediately grouchy and rolling my eyes at this 🤣

  2. The only thing like that I’ve found was some schizophrenics mad ramblings and a CD full of conspiracy videos.

  3. My trust issues would have me avoiding this like the plague

  4. When I was a child I actually found a real life message in a bottle at the beach. Very excitedly opened and read it completely expecting a treasure map! But it was just some ramblings from a bible and went in the bin. I would’ve been a lot happier with something like this.

  5. This is why we can’t have nice things, we all think dawe that’s nice then hmm weirdos

  6. My first thought was to check for bio weapons like anthrax and such. What has life done to me 🤷‍♂️

  7. This is sweet but couldn’t happen in my area. My stepson’s primary school had to stop their very cute ‘paint a rock, hide a rock, find a rock’ project in their local park because of the sheer volume of needles, glass and condoms that kids kept finding in the bushes.

  8. I’m a pretty friendly and cheery person but shit like this and ‘hey, you MEAN SOMETHING’ written by a random person to another random person just… Makes my shit itch

  9. That’s nice, but the juice ain’t worth the squeeze.

  10. i found something very similar while on vacation in slovenia! it was a rock with a painted sunflower that said “good day!” in slovenian, and i’ve been treasuring it ever since. very grateful for people who take time to do kind things for strangers

  11. Found one of these with pretty much the same text but it was a little bear someone had knitted, I found it in Bournemouth uk and it said to post of fb but I don’t have fb

  12. There was a similar painted rock at the local park a couple months ago, wonder if it was the same person. I think there was a note initially but the rock outlasted it by a few weeks. I think it lasted so long because it was a nice little communal thing and nobody wanted to be the one to end it. This was in central Essex.
