5. Do they know how satellites work? Why even replace the dish. Unless the receiver is locked to only scan certain frequencies, it’s literally just a job to reposition and scan for Ukrainian channels again.

12. The occupied territories often lack internet access. Russians exploit this situation for propaganda purposes. Older people who are used to getting their news from television are especially vulnerable.
