  4. How do you repeal a finding? This is right up the same alley as “if we don’t test for COVID, then the numbers will go down”.

  8. It’s their usual set of fringe contrarians putting forth a report that is a mix of non-peer reviewed material and misrepresentations of scientific findings.

    WaPost reported last week: “Richard Revesz, a law professor at New York University and former Biden administration official, said that repealing the endangerment finding is unlikely to hold up in court but that the move will still affect U.S. climate policy until a final judicial decision is made.”

    Problem is rightwing activists control the Supreme Court now and they don’t care about upholding legal precedent. Their end goal is having an EPA that does nothing but protect big polluters.

  9. This is a huge win! This will bring small cars and trucks back! This should excite all you people that are worried about climate change. All this ridiculous rule did was stop makers like Ford from making the small compact rangers and same with gm with their s10s. Yes I know Ford still makes the ranger but its a different class now and are basically the complete opposite of what the ranger originally was! They started making gas guzzlers cause they didnt have the same regulations. Just like that 🫏 biden he implemented a rule that would require car manufacturers to increase their mpg by 8% in 2025 and another 10% in 2026. This makes vehicles incredibly unreliable and makes it where the manufacturers say forget it were not building cars anymore we will only stick to big trucks. Why do you think Ford doesn’t make the focus, fusion or fiestas anymore? Cafe requirements that’s why!
