  1. its 750km from the border.

the factory makes/made high end electronics for artillery, missiles and drones.

  2. How effective are these attacks really? I mean, there’s the psychological impact of it for sure. But on war production? There are many research articles stating that the strategic bombing of Germany during WW2 was very limited in effectiveness, shortening the war by at most a few months. Germany’s production even rose throughout the war, despite the bombing! And that was on a much bigger, apocalyptic scale than what we’re seeing here.

  3. I’m sure Russia will target a legitimate military target, such as a children’s hospital ward, in response.

  4. -I think there’s another one coming
    -Fuck shit up
    -That’s fucked up!

  5. Knock! Knock! It is retaliation delivery!

With almost 750km from the border this will force Russia to move back their production lines. What I wonder is why Ukraine doesn’t attack the gas lines and gas reservoirs that basically keep the russian economy going. Maybe to avoid bigger repercussions? (Nukes?)

  6. Got to remember folks Russia needs full AA cover at the front to maintain semi air dominance. It’s the only thing keeping the Ukrainian Air Force from conducting close air support constantly. Of course at times there are gaps on the front lines because an AA system has been destroyed, but by the next day Russia will have filled in the gap by either relocating one from the rear lines or transferring one that was guarding a certain area of Russian territory. Russia is too large to cover every square inch with AA but their priority is guardian the front lines in occupied Ukraine.
