  1. I think we should stick to being an example of having fucked up abortion laws.

  2. Okay, I guess.

That Poland and Germany can be and should be an example for is reconciliation after a genocidal war and massive ethnic cleansing.

  3. Poland also hosted terrorist organizations that murdered civilians and took them hostage?

  4. Poland has a well established history of not getting along well with genocidal ethnostates so it makes sense to recognize Palestine.

  5. seeing the morons in the comments advocating for death to either side pulled out my inner centrist, so here’s the only acceptable ***sane*** take:

Israeli soldiers commiting war crimes should be tried by an international court, and hamas can not be allowed to exist

  6. Despite long-lasting tradition of being moral superpower, Poland should actually ask what they have to gain and lose here.

  7. Poland recognized the proclamation act of the Palestinian State, which was adopted during the nineteenth session of the Palestinian National Council (parliament in exile) in Algiers on November 15, 1988 – A spokesman of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement from November 16, 1988 expressed “readiness to cooperate with Palestinian authorities from the moment they will be created”. The Resolution of the UN General Assembly from December 15, 1988 (A/RES/43/177) was a form of a collective recognition of the Palestinian state. 104 countries including Poland and other Eastern bloc countries, voted in favor of the resolution.

Palestinian authorities adopted the Polish position from 1988 and consider it to be still in force. Accordingly, the Palestinian authority did not expect Poland to reconfirm its adoption.

  8. What Poles are doing is apart from what they are thinking. Where there are 2 Poles in one room, there are 3 opinions and 4 secret agendas. So it looks fine on the paper. the minister “said” this on social media, so must be relevant (he never showed his face speaking the words), but the reality “skrzeczy” – right ambasador on right place. No further israel criticsis permitted, and being labeled antisemite in poland is STILL a political oblivion.

  9. What’s taken this stinking world so long to wake up to the Genocide in Gaza?
Has it finally reached the point where our political masters no longer feel the need to kiss the ass of war criminals like Bibi and the filthy ethnic cleansers he has aligned himself with?
A mitzvah to the countries coming out for Palestinian statehood! BDS!

  10. The only solution has always been a two state solution in which israel, being the main aggressor, should chill tf down and accept that other people live there too.

Sure, the Zionist ideology states that land should be theirs only but then again, since when do we accept as valid religious dogma in the rule of law?

Death to Hamas, and any terrorist, same as to the genocidal israelian army, they killed 70k for 1k, you can’t possibly be sane and support that.

  11. Sooo, Poland recognizes Palestine state…

I understand that Poland is a very harsh critic of genocide committed by Israel?
Public official statements? Freezing of diplomatic activity? Sanctions on Israeli officials and citizens?

Putting official pressure on other allies to increase pressure on Israel?

  12. I hope you guys will also host refugees from gaza. More=better 🙂
