  1. Media allows this to be “plausible” by entertaining it at all. The article states its a constitutional amendment issue and yet also opens the door to “how will Trump implement it” giving it life.

Weak kneed. Just say he shouldn’t be able to implement anything.

  2. “I’ll literally fuck the constitution if it would stop people from discussing about my relationship with Epstein.”

  3. Start with deporting all of Trump’s children except Tiffany.

  4. Don’t tell me what I’m capable and not capable of imagining. These evil shits are capable of anything.

  5. This is just the start when they get rid of those people you and I are next

  6. They are going to put an immigration office or officer in every maternity ward in the country and arrest and deport people on sight including women in labor. That’s what this is.

  7. Remember folks, both parties are the same. There was no difference between Harris and the felon. Yup, no difference at all.

    /s

  8. So if this is the case can we deputize and deport our president and Melania? Let’s do Rafael Cruz too and Elon Musk. Fuck all of them.

  9. Trump is a convicted felon and a rapist who was great friends with a child sex trafficker. Is anything he does really worse than you can imagine? How limited is your damn imagination to be saying that? The idea that any news outlet can post anything feigning ignorance to the corruption and depravity of Trump and his fascist friends is beyond failure of any journalist integrity.

  10. will definitely push more mothers to have home births. Midwifery will definitely see a resurgence, along with infant and mother mortality

  11. SCOTUS is complicit. They declined to reach the merits of the case, but also refused to let the lower courts preserve the status quo while the case is litigated. It is literally nuts to think that the Constitution can be amended by executive order.

Their day is coming. We should have one justice for every federal circuit, just like they did back in the founder’s time that Alito and Thomas drool over.

  12. The President can’t unilaterally decide who is “under the jurisdiction” of the US. This invalidates the entire EO. Of course, that won’t stop Orange Hitler from trying to implement it.

  13. Stephen millers grubby little taint is all over this

  14. Putting ICE in maternity wards… Fuck we are just inching closer and closer to Gilead aren’t we?

  15. “You can tell just by looking at ’em.”

The same policy he attempted to block native Americans from owning casinos in the 90’s because they competed with his casinos.

He has an army of hastily put together rednecks who have been authorized to ignore the constitution and use deadly force based on this policy.

  16. This directly violates the Constitution. As such it also means people can defend themselves against people trying to kidnap them . They are guaranteed the right to birthright citizenship in the constitution. And the hospitals can and should , in the case of trying to hover in hospitals to grab babies and parents, bar these domestic terrorists from access to the hospital.

When these ICE goons and guys like Steven Miller are facing their trials and hearings for crimes against humanity and violating the constitution, we will cheer and rally for their demise.

  17. “It’s worse than imagined.” This is all going exactly how I imagined it would, actually.

  18. This was already decided in United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898), but since *stare decisis* doesn’t mean anything to the ~~Taney~~ Roberts court I doubt that will matter.

  19. It’s fascism.

There is no bottom of the barrel for that level of evil. You don’t get it.

    Please read history

    It will get worse

  20. So somehow legal immigrants will be *more* citizen than native-born citizens?

  21. I can’t tell you how many times I was told “No one is talking about revoking citizenship”.

  22. Wow, who could have guessed this guy’s “concepts of a plan” would just be tyranny

  23. Win the midterms. Take back the House and Senate to impede Trump’s agenda. Pack the fucking court. Prosecute the crooks. Pass legislation to fix the mess we’ve created. There are solutions, but all of them depend on you voting. Do your duty. Vote these motherfuckers out of office.

  24. “It’s Worse Than Imagined” sort of sums up Trump’s second term so far.

  25. whats most worrying is SCOTUS could have stopped this by doing literally nothing, but instead chose to allow it with no explanation

  26. >… the memo outlines a plan to revoke citizenship from the children of both immigrants who lack permanent legal status and many lawful residents, including visa holders, Dreamers, and asylum-seekers. It envisions intrusive federal review of parents’ papers—quite possibly in the hospital, before or shortly after birth—to gauge the newborn’s legal status. And it paves the way for people who spend their entire lives in the United States to be deported to countries in which they’ve never stepped foot, or to be condemned to the limbo of statelessness. To this administration, inflicting these unconstitutional harms isn’t a mere byproduct of the plan. It’s the whole point.

    >Friday’s memo was released by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or USCIS, part of the Department of Homeland Security. It was spearheaded by the agency’s Office of the Chief Counsel, which is currently led by an apparatchik named John Miles. In its plan, USCIS acknowledged that a federal judge’s injunction—separate from the case that was litigated at the Supreme Court and which the Trump administration won last month—currently bars the government from taking away anyone’s birthright citizenship. But the agency “is preparing to implement the E.O. in the event that it is permitted to go into effect,” and laid out “guidance to address legal questions” so it can spring into action as soon as the courts allow it.

    >To that end, USCIS declared flatly that the children of immigrants who are “unlawfully present” will “no longer be U.S. citizens at birth.” They will, instead, inherit the status of their parents, rendering them detainable and deportable as infants and throughout their lives. There is no indication that the government will provide some grace period before snatching up and imprisoning this new underclass of noncitizen babies; they are apparently subject to arrest from the moment of birth.

By the way, the *Rage Against the Regime* protest is taking place on August 2nd.

  27. Magats 2024 : “He only wants to get rid of the illegals.”

    Magats 2025 :

  28. So Barron is getting deported back to Slovenia … *right?!?*

  29. idk how exactly ending birthright citizenship can be worse than how it sounds, it already sounds like terrible garbage.

  30. It would be nice to know from which fixed date this is supposed to apply. How many generations back should we go? The Native Americans will be thrilled all “Americans” would have to leave.

  31. Why is it always worse than imagined?

    Are you lacking in imagination?

The guy rapes, steals, commits fraud, probably a paedo and at minimum was best friends with a man who ran a paedo ring….and yet you cannot imagine the worse case scenario???

  32. Goddamn it, why are any of you surprised. This shit has been fully outlined and available to read in project 2025

  33. Why is he so hellbent on this?

Ah, yes…let’s make America 100% white.

  34. Reminder that in the court arguments so far over this, Trumps lawyers have argued that native Americans aren’t entitled to birthwhite citizenship.

Despite you know being native to America.

  35. “…one question has loomed: How could the executive branch possibly implement such a sweeping rollback of constitutional rights?”

That’s not the question. Not at all.

The question is, why the fuck are we talking about this like it’s a debatable issue that depends on the whims of a single man?

Birthright citizenship is as much a part of the Constitution as free speech or guns or “cruel and unusual punishment” or privacy or women’s suffrage.

The Executive *doesn’t get to decide*. If Congress wants to change it, they can, but it’s a very high bar.

SCOTUS, too, cannot strike down a Constitutional amendment, much less strike a sentence in the Articles!

Without that, any action to remove a Constitutional right by *fiat* should meet as much resistance in the streets and at the ballot box as speech or guns or privacy or suffrage.

  36. This isn’t Trump, this is Steven Miller, Russel Vought, and Peter Thiel.
These three people are behind all this shit, Trump is just being used as a distraction.

  37. Every single breath he takes is an apology he owes to the universe.

  38. He’s a sex trafficking pedophile.

RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES AND HOLD EVERYONE ACCOUNTABLE.

  39. Literally, I can not state this enough. The reason for the amendment to the constitution was to keep shit like what they are proposing from happening. Its vile and disgusting.
