As expected, McLaren dominated the opening session of free practice for the Hungarian Grand Prix, but can the field strike back in FP2?
Lando Norris topped the session, just 0.019s faster than team-mate Oscar Piastri, as Charles Leclerc slotted into third place, just over two-tenths slower than the pace-setting MCL39.
Lewis Hamilton was fifth, and Max Verstappen ninth in the first 60 minutes of running, so can they improve their fortunes this afternoon?
