Hello, i was getting a few scam calls for the past couple of weeks, which i didn’t answer, they were calling every day for like 5 times, when i blocked one number they tried to call me from another number. Then i got this mail, i read online that this prima strom is a scam. And secondly, i live in a WG were i pay warm rent, so that doesn’t make sense in the first place. Should i just ignore the mail at that point??
Thank you!

Is there the Zählernummer on the letter? Could be one of these cow boy companies that try to switch your provider without consent.
Also If you pay warm rent it doesn’t mean you have no meter or Nebenkosten. Or do you mean you pay electricity by pauschale, and that you do not have a separate Zähler (Meter)?
You should ignore it. I heard from my colleague that there are many scams going on where people with knock on your door to pitch a new energy plan or leave such letters. In any case as you stay in a WG this isn’t your concern.
I do t know primastrom, but this letter is just an offer (bad marketing makes it looks like it is something urgent, such stuff is common these days unfortunately).
If you want to change electricity provider go to check24.de or verivox.de
There are already suits against them ongoing.

There isn’t anything so important that it can’t be discussed via letter. If it’s urgent, they should try to ring the doorbell.
But this »we don’t tell you anything, but you must call us« sounds a lot like: They want you to contact them, because unsolicited calls to sell you stuff are more or less illegal.
This is NOT cheap. Ignore
