Lost Package in Wervik

Hello guys i am living in Turkiye but my fiance living in Wervik. We gonna marry and i send the papper for marriage the city hall ask. But DPD lost the pappers. They said we deliver the pappers but there is not pappers delivered. We check the all pick up points, neighbours and mailboxes but nothing. Also we mail them and call them but no answers. What we should do can anyone have advice because i sell my Xbox for the pappers and it is so expensive in here. If someone find package look like this in Wervik let me know?
