  1. Since April 1st, 2024 all THC products are allowed. But the cashier still has to check ID

  2. It’s all CBD. You should read if it actually has any THC in it which I doubt.

  3. Seeds (and theoretically sapplings*) are allowed, THC products are not.

The selling of “propagation material” is allowed, as this is not defined as Cannabis. There is a discussion in law ongoing, whats the definition of Seedling/cutting/”young plant” because conservative partys are trying to get rid of past de-criminilasation-laws.

Even for CBD products with THC in it there are limitations.

There are some suppliers, trying to circumvent the law by selling product, where they say “THC is below 0,3% of net weight – this goes under EU regulations for hemp”, buts thats also illegal, because EU regulations needs to be translated into national law.

Also, there is the NpSG in Germany:

If a THC derivative is not explicitly listed in the BtMG, but falls into a substance group listed in the NpSG (e.g., synthetic cannabinoids), then it falls under the NpSG and you are not allowed to sell.

All replys regarding “its legalised now” or “its just CBD” are incorrect/nonspecific.

  4. Judging by the official website about the cannabis law, this seems at least like a grey area to me. The website does mention that it is legal to import/ship cannabis seeds to your home, but it is explicitly mentioning online commerce and doesn’t mention physical stores at all.

  5. What you probably mean are seeds. Since april last year you are allowed to buy seeds and grow your own plants. The selling of products that contain THC is mostly forbidden except for example for medical use.

  6. seeds are grey area and yes this is most likely with thc. even some supermarkets sell thc seeds. people calling this cbd are most likely not correct. but always doublecheck.

edit* These are indeed THC seeds. cbd seeds from this company are labled cbd in the upper left corner [https://holy-hemp.de/collections/cbd-samen](https://holy-hemp.de/collections/cbd-samen)

  7. I don’t know about Germany but in another country seeds were covered as “novelty items”.

Cannabis itself is not illegal anywhere. It’s the drug that is. So yiu can buy a hoodie made from hemp, just as long as there’s no THC in it.

  8. Spunk is also forbidden It’s good and nice to see that shops (in the north?) offer this

  9. They are sold to individuals aged 18 and above.

On the website, they also seem to sell CBD Variants.

The seeds shown seem to be THC Variants.

Seeds can be sold, but the seedlings are still in Question.

  10. Love how they talk aout “Premium” but dont mention sativa, indica, ruderalis etc… so professional :3

  11. Not all cannabis has psychoactive levels of cannabinoids. Maybe they are offering cannabis so you can make your own hemp ropes. Well OK, the actual seeds on the rack are ‘clearly’ psychoactive (who knows how good or anything though — I’d research the company first).

Since last year, the law has changed but there’s still some grey areas that need sorting out. EU and German laws are not in sync in all regards. As seeds themselves are basically not psychoactive, they can be sold.
