I took this picture of what I'm 90% sure is Piran, can someone please identify what is that white castle/palace/cube standing out on the horizon above it?

  3. this year i feel like the air has been way dirtier? than usual. i often hike and the views are really foggy compared to what i’d expect them to be.

    Like from Ljubljana i vividly remember seeing the Kamnik-Savinja Alps daily when i was commuting to uni, but now you can barely see them, it’s all fog

    could be the high summer temeratures resulting in more moisture in the air, but i dont remember it ever geing like this.

    i’m not a geoguessr wizard, so i cant help you with identifying Piran, but a couple years back i was at a ski resort in the alps and the shore and sea was visible from the top of the mountain, so it’s entirely possible that what you got is Piran
