Few days ago a cat moved to the nearby kindergarten yard. It mews every hour or so during the day, and it distresses me a lot cause I have no idea how to help the cat.

I gave her food and water but she doesn’t let me get close to her. (I’m not sure of she’s female or not).

Uploaded a film of the cat mewing the cat is not sadly obvious in this film, but I think it’s either something like a British grey or Russian blue… also she has an issue in her back hip I guess… I upload some photos in the comments.

Any help is appreciated.
