Alec Luhn was last seen July 31st in the afternoon and has not been heard from since Thursday. He was headed from Odda, Norway on a solo backpacking trip to explore the glacier u/folgefonnanasjonalpark. He planned to stay at DNT Holmaskjer and DNT Breidablikk and finish Monday morning at Årsnes Kai bus station.

Red Cross search with volunteers and dogs and helicopters is underway in the area.

  1. Good luck, I hope he turns up. The weather is awful up there now, maybe he’s been sheltering and that’s why he hasn’t come down.
