House prices in Norway edged down to 0.2% month-on-month in July 2025 from a 0.3% rise in the previous month.
The average price for a home stood at NOK 4,269,904 at the end of July.
Regionally, the strongest price development was recorded in Stavanger (+11.5%), Bergen (+9%), and Tromsø (+8.4%).
It took an average of 63 days to sell a home in June from 39 days in the prior month with Bergen posting the quickest turnaround (26 days), while Hamar/Stange had the slowest (139 days).
On a yearly basis, home prices grew by 5.4%.
