During a call with analysts on Tuesday to discuss the Tulsa-based midstreamer’s second quarter earnings, CEO Chad Zamarin touted the precedent agreement reached with the project’s would-be shippers.

NESE entails a 400 million Dth/d expansion of Williams’ flagship Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Co. LLC (Transco) system. Williams earlier this year asked FERC to revive the certificate of public convenience and necessity for NESE, and announced intentions to resurrect the canceled Constitution pipeline that would transport Appalachian Basin gas to New York.
