    Is it just me, or do conservatives “constitutional orginalist” only care about being original to the constitution if it means no 13 amendment?

    Because i am pretty damn sure the 1st, 2nd. 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th damn amendments with part of the initial ratification of the constitution of us when the country was founded.
