This just in, Trump administration, re-opens Pennsylvania coal processing plant with only minors as workers.
Too bad the Trump regime is ramping *up* coal production, while simultaneously knee-capping NIOSH, who among many other things, used to provide mobile clinics near mining communities to screen for and help prevent black lung. As a result, miners today have less protection **than their grandparents**.
