  1. This is a natural response to the encroaching advancement & attempts to normalize gross Zionist ideals which are antithetical to humanity. Not to mention, these Greek pro-Palestinian groups provide vicarious succor to the multitudes of similarly minded people on our shared planet.

    Inb4 conflators attempt to distort legit anti-Zionist protest for anti-Semitism.

  2. Going after random Israeli people for the actions of their government? Thats fucked up. I hate the actions of Russia in Ukraine too but i dont believe random Russians should be targeted. Nor should Chinese people be targeted for the actions of their regime. Or Americans for the stuff their government has done.

  3. >“Let’s turn the islands, beaches, alleys, mountaintops, and shelters into places of solidarity — not relaxation for the murderous IDF soldiers,” the announcement said. “The organized effort to make Greece a ‘refuge’ for those who participate in or support the massacre in Palestine will not pass!”

    >The announcement added, “Let’s light our own fire in the heart of summer. For Palestine. For dignity. So that our place does not become a place of relaxation for genocidal people.”

    >!Quoting the article is not antisemitic!<

  4. This kinda of harassment would never be tolerated against any other people – Russians, Chinese, Iranians, etc.
    But somehow it’s being justified against Israelis.

  5. These communist groups are supported by Russia btw. they blocked arms supply to Ukraine, they voted against sanctions on Russia, and they called Greece to withdraw from NATO and EU. they don’t care about Palestinians.

  6. Right, so. Imagine an American having a vacation in Europe and then gets attacked by a mob because people hate Trump.
    Or: People think someone is American and attack them because they hate Trump.

    Doesn’t this ring some alarm bells?

  7. Obviously this problem should be solved without violence by Greece forbidding all tourism from Israel outright. If it’s OK to starve babies “because Hamas” then it’s certainly OK to ban Israeli tourists “because genocide in Gaza”.

  8. For anyone wondering what they mean when they say “so they (Greek spaces) don’t become refuge for those who participate in or support the massacre in Palestine”

  9. They’ll litterally do everything and anything except protest infront of the embassy

    Also heres a recipe for chocolate chip cookies so my comment won’t get auto modded again (wow this auto mod sure does contribute to the quality of the comments here):

    Ingredients
    * 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    * 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    * 1 teaspoon baking soda
    * 1/8 teaspoon salt
    * 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
    * 2 cups white sugar
    * 2 large eggs
    * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    * (Optional) 1 cup chocolate chips, nuts, or other mix-ins
    Instructions
    * Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    * Combine dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
    * Cream the butter and sugar: In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened margarine or butter and the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
    * Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated. Stir in the vanilla extract.
    * Mix wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just blended. If you’re using chocolate chips or nuts, now is the time to fold them in.
    * Form and bake: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
    * Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are soft.
    * Cool: Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

  10. Ah another mean, completely ineffective and counterproductive protest by pro Palestinian activist. Not surprising just sad that this does nothing to actually help Palestinians.

  11. Jesus fucking Christ I’m all for Palestine but this just sounds like ‘let’s do a Kristallnacht lite!’

    Did Greece just hate Israel before all this? Ireland despises Israel but nobody’s got together to try and hunt down and harass any Israelis that are here (probably could be counted on one hand to be fair)
