3. I wouldn’t trust them until They sign the ceasefire…. Even then, only if they stop killing Ukrainians.

4. Maybe they will accept that international obligations that their sober, non-genocidal forbears signed in the 1990s are, I dunno, BINDING AGREEMENTS.
