I’d like to ask roofers of construction workers if this is good practice, and if it’s not, I also would like to know why.
My personal opinion: it’s not good because 1) the silicone won’t last and 2) the condense (from the shower) will blow under the tiles, turn liquid there and moist the zone around it but under the roof.
What do you guys think?

No. Normally, that flap continues so that it covers the next row and there is no need to fiddle around with silicone. Another common solution for this is a special roof duct pan (doorvoerpan). This is garbage craftsmanship.
this is a solution of minimal cost and effort in the short- to medium turn but it’s not qualitative and will probably fail within 10 years.
