  7. CLEARLY something is missing from this…

    How did he get this clear picture of him? You can see this is before any kick-off like the victim says happened in in article, no ones paying attention, person is leading against the safety glass right next to the attacker.

    Dudes story doesn’t add up:

    “I asked him to move his bag and he immediately got aggressive with me. He tried to start punching me and began hurling abuse at me. Everyone else just moved away and did not do anything. In an attempt to get away, he moved to the other side of the carriage.”

    So, unless this person is randomly taking pics of people on the tube… the pic must have been taken after asking him to move his bag, but before moving himself. So… whilst getting punched?

    Victim later says he felt a punch from behind… but somehow his nose was broken?

    entirely a guess on my part but I reckon the biggest bit of missing info is here “**I asked him to move his bag** and he immediately got aggressive with me.”

    I can fully imagine something like the whole situation happening if the “ask” was “oit P**i, move your shit away from me!”
