1. So much for the UAE’s claims that they haven’t been involved with the RSF. Sanctions for just the RSF clearly aren’t enough. The US should increase its efforts to curb the UAE’s support for the group and stop accepting empty platitudes.

   Is this just a translation issue or was it “bombed” instead of “shot down”?

   Either way, God bless the Columbians volunteering in Ukraine.

3. As an Australian I am ashamed at our involvement with UAE. It’s a stain on our national reputation of fighting for good, and conducting warfare (mostly) fairly. 

   Many of our military moved to UAE, accepted huge sums of money to build, train, and lead up their armed forces. Even a major general switched allegiance and nationality from AU to UAE for cash.
