  1. The impact of this ruling wholly depends on whether there is anyone left willing to fight for law-based order, as opposed to the current stampede towards rule by naked force. Only one of these paths is compatible with survival on a livable planet.

  2. Why do you think these companies are working to cover up any hard evidence (the NASA satellite that was going to provide insight).

  5. Anyone, especially politicians, should have to wear big patches on their suits corresponding with who’s paying them, so whe one of these fuckers lies about how solar or wind is killing us we can see who they’re speaking for.

  6. This is good news. With respect to the obvious outlier to this direction, I regularly think of Winston Churchill’s quote:

    “You can always count on Americans to do the right thing — after they’ve tried everything else.”

    Here’s hoping this sentiment continues to hold.
