Defense forces destroy rare Russian mortar received from North Korea

In Sumy region, Ukrainian drone operators destroyed a rare North Korean 140-mm mortar of the Russian army.

This was reported by the Pentagon fighters of the 225th Special Operations Division.

It is noted that the relevant equipment transferred to Russia by the DPRK will now appear in the enemy’s loss reports.

“According to Russian sources themselves, such deliveries are part of an expanded military partnership between Moscow and Pyongyang. And yet, regardless of origin or rarity, any enemy equipment will be turned into scrap metal,” the military stressed.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck at the Russian occupiers in the Zaporizhia direction, destroying the enemy’s weapons.

As a reminder, on Saturday, August 2, Ukrainian defense forces launched a precision strike on enemy military facilities in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhia region, destroying the S-300 air defense system.
