I just don't understand the mindset of someone who thinks it's ok to park up and blast music at this level, at that time of night.

Needless to say, when I asked them to turn it off/down I was met with verbal abuse and threats of violence.

  1. This is why I have to sleep with headphones on.

    My bedroom projects into a mews and for some reason people think it’s a good place to blast music and smoke weed right outside my window in the early hours of the morning.

    Most of the time I just bang on the window and they leave, though one guy tried to fight me through my barred window, which was as funny as it was annoying that I was woken up on a weekday night.

    I also have a neighbour who does this, lives opposite me but for some reason plays music from his van, woke my mum who was staying with me up at 3am, she asked them to be quiet, was proceeded to get called a whore.

  7. Some proportion of people in the world are simply a waste of space. There’s no point in trying to understand their behaviour, there’s nothing worth understanding. We just live with it like we do bad weather or getting a cold.

    Whose gonna stop them?

    No-one?

    Then people will do it.

  9. Some people are just inconsiderate PoS. It’s ridiculous that this country has numerous rules around what you can build in your own garden. If you build something or even paint your own house the wrong way, the council will screw you for it. 

    But scumbags like these blasting the music and screwing up other people’s sleep? It’s close to impossible to get them to take any action.

    In response to why people are like this? Some people are just ignorant cunts. They think of no one but themselves. They’re awake and they like that music and they also don’t give a second thought to those around them.

  15. I’m not condoning it but this’ another example of what got Trump re-elected for president of the USA due to a large number of folks are angry from being told to accept and deal with this type of behavior from others as their new way of life.

  16. I’ve had multiple instances in the past month of people listening to music out loud on their phone on a morning (7-7:30am) bus and it absolutely boggles my mind how anyone could have such little care for the people around them.

  21. They’re probably in the same league as people who come on the tube and blast music or talk on speaker phone.

    They think they’re special and/or are doing it for attention.

    It’s almost always the same types of people too.
