Looking for an old album by 2000’s band “Circa”

Hello, not exactly sure if this is the right place to ask about it but here goes. Im looking for someone from England that might be in possesion of an old album "An emotional construction set" by an English band Circa from around 20 – 25 years ago. I managed to get in contact with former band leader Chandra Nair but its very likely even he doesnt have any album copies at this point. any help appreciated.
