North Korea starts dismantling some border propaganda loudspeakers days after South Korea removed its own propaganda loudspeakers

1. NKNews reported that when South turned down broadcast, North actually increased the number of loudspeakers, even if they turned them down too.

   They don’t trust South Korea at all, or distrust is a mandated by Kim Jong Un’ “Two States Theory” and enforced by the Workers Party of Korea.
