I’m waiting for a parcel. According to the original post company, it arrived to Sofia on August 4th. I thought it’s been a long time and called Bulgarian post. According to their system, the parcel is still in Korea. Is it normal? If not, what can I do? Bulgarian post just shuts down all my questions, the operator didn’t even listen to them, giving completely unrelated answers.

You have to wait a period for delivery.
Seems it arrived at airport but might still not being processed by customs. And have not entered the BG Post system. As it comes from different destination they might even ask you to present some documents for the import. Hope they do not find something they consider not suitable for import and stop the package. (Example some food might be considered in this category, not all food)
Ask the Korean post service what is the maximum time delivery and after that period you can complain for not being delivered at Korean Posts.
Sometimes the last mile delivery can be by different operator. Depends on the agreements.
It’s likely the parcel will have to pass customs clearance – i.e. Either you go to Sofia Airport Customs, or you use a digital signature to issue and EORI number and authorise an agent (DHL, TNT, FedEx and so on to handle the clearance).
You can try and see what the BG post tracking [https://www.bgpost.bg/](https://www.bgpost.bg/) says about the parcel number, or contact the customs.
