1. ‘Soldiers killed in ongoing war’

   Not sure what the story is here to be honest? The article is just a load of nothing. Says some soldiers were killed and that there’s quite a few Colombians joining up for better pay

2. War is war. I think they knew their job is very dangerous. Unlucky for them.

   Its for sure not the first time something like this happened and it for sure wont be the last time. Some things just cant be prevented.

3. Foreign recruits

   You mean mercenaries? Tho I’m sure all the latin america guys that we see last few weeks came to ukraine just coz they are strongly against russian imperialism. right.

4. The fact that this **keeps happening** is a really, really, really negative reflection on Ukraine.

   Why the hell doesn’t Ukraine move all training and meetings underground? Why haven’t they broken up these kinds of meetings?

   At this point, tens of thousand of Ukrainian soldiers have died in these mass casualty events.

   Several thousand foreign fighters have died. Yet all of these deaths are preventable.

   It is an even worse reflection of those foreign soldiers. Why do they keep meeting together in groups larger than 5?

   Do they tell themselves after each of these mass casualty events that “that was a fluke”?
   It is hard to understand how this kind of thing happened more than 2 times let alone 2 dozen times.

5. From what I understand, the majority of Ukrainian recruits are ex-FARC or Narco enforcers. I don’t think there’s enough information available on the realities of this conflict for these recruits to make a reasonable and informed choice.

6. Haven’t foreigners been dying in Ukraine in the fight against Russia from almost day one?

   How is this news?

   Like what do you think? People fighting in wars aren’t killed just because they come from another country?

   What the heck is this?
