The first letter of his first name would do with being shifted one left and one up on a qwerty keyboard
Guarantee that bell end wasn’t even born when internment was a thing. What would that prick know about “armed struggle” FFS
Aye the Courts must be shitting themselves Dan……
Interestingly he mentions that it’s particularly republicans that are interned in his eyes and yet all of the recent racist rioters were ‘interned’ and there was very few if any of them republican
As a Republican myself I find the whole narrative boring and embarrassing. It’s not the 1980s anymore and calling attempted murder “trumped up charges” is offensive to those who actually faced internment.
And again it’s attempted murder they weren’t being “activist’s”. Victim mentality bullshit.
It’s not a question of who’s an informer?
It’s a question of who isn’t an informer??
Wow! I thought this was a Republican *ankfest! What’s going on?
Orbits another planet…
Targeted a father at a children’s football club ambushed and attacked from behind… In front of kids and families.
His kid is bouncing merrily between his legs in that pic – obviously a father. No thought for what that officers son witnessed / the other kids + families and the enduring trauma they’ll have to live with.
Gross.
You’re clearly not from East Tyrone because this is hardly surprising those who elected him know what they elected.
The (mis)use of this tactic has become so bad that even Gavin Robinson has condemned it
>DUP MP Gavin Robinson has said the delay in hearing the case is “the worst I’ve come across” and dubbed it “utterly appalling”.
Dan Kerr the Wan Kerr.
I mean somebody deffo fuckin killed him
Lol that rare Eimhear Glackin had the same post up on her Facebook page today too
The fact that they are going to court means it’s not, in fact internment.
The Birmingham Six and the Guildford Four existed you know. Being held without conviction is internment and implies the police don’t have the evidence to charge them but are holding them regardless. It’s not justice for the family, nor society, if innocent men are being held without charge, in the hopes that people’s thirst for justice has died down by the time it’s proven false. And if it’s proven true, then it needs to be proven, and people need to do the time for their crimes.
It shouldn’t matter your political standing on the matter. If they did it, have the case heard and prove it, stop interning people, because it lessens public faith in the judicial system and makes them believe the delay is due to them trying to create fake evidence to make sure they have a scapegoat for the charges. If their case was airtight surely it would have proceeded by now?
They also have a right to have their case heard in a timely matter because the longer the government waits, the harder it is to mount a defence for fake evidence, if that happens, because so long has passed that trying to find Alibi’s (ie cctv of them somewhere else at the time of the event, or receipts to prove different locations) becomes impossible for those charged.
It’s injustice for both sides and shouldn’t be defended by either.
These types of folk wont know what to do with themselves when there is a United Ireland. A lot of young lads in my local consider themselves to be involved in the struggle, they are 18/19 and I regularly hear them talk about the oppression they face from the occupier. Nice lads but fucking space cadets
Dan Kerr, any relation to Wan Kerr?
Ohh those darn republicans, used to be scary. But now sit in a puddle of their own piss and tears trying and actually believing they are victims.
Fuck sake. He’s my local councillor. Strange that he got elected , only been in the post for a few years. Independent too
