>Is there a reasonable and reliable alternative to Cellebrite, the Israeli software package used by the Ghent police zone (and half of all Flemish municipalities)?
I can´t read the article but if they say that half of Flemish municipalities do not use the Israeli software, then it is crystal clear that there are alternatives…
Coincidentially an Israeli company built the best surveillance software there is and some cities bought it back in the day.
Should we also boycott Volkswagen, BMW, Bosch, AEG, Henkel,… as these companies once worked with the Nazi’s?
They should better focus on what keeps us awake – which is making an end to crime, and I don’t give a f*CK what software they use – but I hope it’s the best there is.
