There is a lot of speculation right now about the possible divorce between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Well, on Tuesday, royal commentator Neil Sean took a deep dive into the problems that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex face. Read on for much more about his take on it.

A Clever Manipulator?

In his By Royal Appointment segment of the Daily News Headlines on YouTube, Neil Sean claimed that Harry and Meghan are on a “divorce path.” Sean believes the marriage is failing because Harry has to constantly “prop up [Meghan’s] ego.”

According to him, the couple’s relationship is a “soap opera of the highest order,” and Meghan is a “clever manipulator” who “engineered” her relationship with Harry for fame. And, he seem to have come up with some good reasons to believe that.

Just After The Fame, Not The Man

Sean described Meghan as a “ruthless individual” who desires fame “at any cost.” He claimed that she wasn’t interested in the monarchy itself, but only in the fame that came with it.

According to an “excellent source,” a former aide, Harry may have led Meghan to believe he was “more significant than he actually was in the monarchy,” and might have suggested he had “untold wealth.”

Continuing, Sean said that the source claimed this “certainly got the cash registers going in Meghan Markle’s eyes.” However, she didn’t understand the realities of being “the second or third down” in the royal hierarchy.

Sean also insulted Meghan Markle’s intelligence, opining that she’s “not very bright,” and doesn’t understand the business side of fame. However, all she desires is “fame.” Then, he drew comparisons to the likes of older stars such as Bette Davis and Barbara Stanwyck.

Harry & Meghan, The Dynamics

Sean recalled that Queen Elizabeth II “felt that Harry was a little too in love” with Meghan. Plus, he believes that nowadays, Prince Harry is “petrified” of being left alone. In Sean’s opinion, Harry sees Meghan as a “rescuer” and a “dragon slayer.”

Allegedly, Meghan Markle plays into that role by reminding him of what she “gave up” to be with him whenever she is frustrated. Sean claimed that Harry’s “petrified” nature is a result of his mother’s death, as he “truly believed that his mother had just disappeared and she was going to come back and rescue him.”

Controlling Through Fear

The royal commentator suggested that Harry seems “incredibly weak, and that Meghan uses his love to control him. Illustrating his point, he reminded viewers about an alleged incident where Prince Harry was talked out of setting lawyers on Vanity Fair for publishing a story about a “divorce book.”

However, Sean believes Meghan Markle was “kind of delighted” by the Vanity Fair story because she didn’t want to attack them, possibly in hopes of working with them again. Even bad news is good news on the road to fame, right?

Will Meghan Dump Harry?

Sean claimed that Meghan’s new cooking show was the reason for their recent contract issues. He said that Netflix executives had “enough” and let Meghan craft her own exit from her “mega lucrative Netflix deal” after she failed to deliver content.

Sean also noted that Netflix is now working with King Charles, which he believes further diminishes Harry and Meghan’s value. The problem, Sean said, is that Meghan “won’t promote her own stuff” and expects the fame to come without the work.

Sean concluded by saying that Meghan’s personal brand is “unrelatable to the average person” and that she is seen as a “ruthless manipulator.” That impression seems to come from her saying one thing and doing another.

He opined that Meghan now views Harry as a “liability” and that she will blame him for her failures, just as she did with her “first husband, Trevor.” However, he also suggested that a separation would be difficult because “nobody’s going to love Megan at that point. They barely like her now.”

Certainly, it seems as if Meghan has a problem with Prince Harry. Dumping him as a liability might sound easy. However, without him there to constantly stroke her ego and make her feel better about life, is it likely that she will walk away from him in the near future? Only time will tell.
