One of Long Island’s most celebrated restaurants is getting ready to open its doors in Westbury — and they’re giving the public a first look.

The Farm Italy Restaurant & Bar, recently named one of OpenTable’s Top 100 Restaurants in the U.S., has released a sneak peek video showcasing its soon-to-open location at 725 Merrick Ave (keep scrolling). Located just steps from The Selby, a luxury apartment community built by Beechwood Homes, the new spot is set to debut early this fall, becoming the brand’s second New York location after its flagship in Huntington.

The video offers a glimpse inside the Italian countryside estate-inspired design, complete with two intimate dining rooms, a dramatic stone bar under skylights, and a covered terrace with a fire pit for al fresco dining.

And there’s more than just a new dining experience to look forward to — The Farm Italy is also celebrating its grand opening with a special giveaway. Guests will have the chance to win dinner for two, among other prizes, by following the restaurant on social media and entering through its website.

“This is more than just an opening, it’s an evolution of our vision,” said founder John Tunney. “We’re creating something truly special in Westbury, in partnership with Beechwood Homes. It’s a space that reflects our passion for hospitality, design, and the artistry of Italian cuisine.”

The Westbury menu will mirror Huntington’s beloved seasonal lineup — think Cacio e Pepe, Branzino in burro bianco, Pappardelle Bolognese, and the Double R Ranch NY Strip — alongside new seasonal offerings and updated Italian cocktails, wines and mocktails.
